I am Arti Mansinghka, a registered RCI Psychologist and gold medallist also a PHD scholar in Psychology doing research in the field of anxiety. 

A daughter, a mother and a wife. Having postpartum anxiety and then living with anxiety myself made me learn more about it. learning about human behaviors has always been a passion and luckily made it my profession.
